Refunds and cancellations

Every Foldeez is made from your photo, so we cannot resell it. We put things right when something on our side goes wrong.

If a part does not fit

If a part does not fit when you fold it, email us and we will print and mail you a new kit for free.

Every kit is made to order from your photo, so there are no cash refunds for a change of mind.

Damaged or lost kits

If your kit arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery. If it has not arrived 14 days after we mailed it, email us any time in the next 30 days. Either way we will print and mail a new kit or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Cancelling

You can cancel for a full refund until we print your kit, usually within one business day of your order.

Etsy orders

For orders placed on Etsy, start your request through Etsy. The same rules apply.
