Foldeez is a small business in California. US orders only.

What you get

A Foldeez is a paper figure kit you make yourself. We print it on cardstock from your photo and mail it flat to a US address, and you cut, fold and glue it. Stripe asks for your shipping address when you pay.

An AI model paints your figure from your photo. It is a blocky, simplified version of your pet or person, not an exact copy.

Your photo

Your photo stays yours. By uploading it you let us use it only to make your figure, unless you also tick the separate box that lets us show your photo and figure in our marketing. Our privacy page says how long we keep it and who else sees it.

Who can be in the photo

Upload only a photo you have the right to use: your own pet, yourself, someone who gave you permission, or a child you are the parent or guardian of. You must be 18 or older to order a Person figure.

Your kit

Your kit is for your own personal use: make it for yourself or give it as a gift. Please do not copy or sell its design.

Making it safely

Making a figure takes scissors or a craft knife and glue. Children should make one with an adult. A finished figure has small parts and is a decoration, not a toy for young children.

If something goes wrong

If a part does not fit when you fold it, we will print and mail you a new kit for free. Every kit is made to order from your photo, so there are no cash refunds for a change of mind. Cancelling before we print your kit is the exception. Our refunds page also covers a kit that arrives damaged or never arrives.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
